Baseband and DSL modems

DSL stands for Digital Subscriber Line and is a generic expression for so called "last mile" copper wire solutions.
DSL modems are often deployed by PTTs, ISPs and Carriers to give their subscribers high speed access to the
Internet while using normal telephone type copper wire.
Mulogic utilizes this DSL technology for high speed point-to-point transmission on private and public dry copper wire lines.

Baseband and DSL modems are used on unconditioned copper lines (called "dry copper" lines).
The maximum distance and data rate mainly depends on the gauge (diameter) of the copper wire.

MuLogic offers baseband and DSL modems for data rates ranging up to 4608 kbit/s.
